Making healthy taste as good as it feels

OUR STORY

A shared love for health and food

Prashant has spent over ten years in health and fitness. He began with a performance-first mindset, willing to do whatever it took to see results. As a nutrition coach, he helped people transform their lifestyles and shifted his own approach from chasing extremes to building habits that last. He learned that balance, not sacrifice, is what keeps people coming back to healthy living.

Hem shares the same love for movement and a deep connection to food. He has spent years training in different ways, from the gym to climbing, and experimenting in the kitchen. For him, healthy eating was once a challenge until he started reimagining recipes to be both nourishing and worth craving.

Together they’ve inspired thousands to see health as something to enjoy. That belief – that joy makes habits last – is what led them to start Nuvie.

A personal problem we couldn’t ignore

Prashant used to drink any powder that promised results. It worked for him, but most people, even his wife, couldn't live that way. The food didn’t taste good, the format felt unnatural, and it never fit into real life. Hem felt the same. As a foodie, he could never stick to the bland “boiled chicken and rice” approach.

Healthy eating seemed built for the already health-obsessed. For everyone else, it felt like sacrifice. Less taste, less convenience, more guilt. We realized only joy is sustainable: if food is delicious, easy to fit in, and makes you feel good, you’ll keep coming back to it.

The Philosophy

We don’t make products only for gym-goers. We make them for anyone who wants to feel healthier without losing the joy of eating. Here’s why:

  • Joy makes habits last
  • Healthy should feel natural, not forced
  • Good-for-you food should be worth sharing

Looking Ahead

Milkshakes and bars are just the start. We’re rethinking everyday foods and giving them a healthier twist, with more of what’s good for you and none of the guilt.

We’re here to make health something you look forward to.
